As we approach our ‘silly’ season of events providing a range of different services throughout the summer, we started with creating a bespoke milkshake bar designed specifically for a couple who contacted our Birmingham team with a specific request of creating visual ‘freakshakes’ for their wedding guests. Milkshake bars have become very popular in Asian weddings & for clients who are looking for a quirky alternative to a cocktail bar. Mr Flavour offer a range of non alcoholic bars including smoothie bars, juice bars, health bars & of course milkshake bars. The wedding was held at the supreme banqueting suite in West Brom.
Our liquid innovators created a bespoke menu based on our couples favourite chocolates and fruits to create dairy goodie milkshake versions! With 500 guests in attendance, we created a 4.5M LED lit milkshake bar specifically tailored to our couple with their initials lit up at the centre of the bar to add a personal touch to their drinks for the evening. Using blendtech blenders to create a smooth consistency when blending fresh fruits such as mangoes & strawberries and garnishes including fresh whipped cream & brownies, the Mr Flavour team served over 1200 milkshakes in a 4 hour period. To reduce waiting times & provide a comprehensive service 3 of our mixologists worked tirelessly prepping and garnishing a milkshake menu of 4 for guests.
Our milkshake menu for the evening was:-
Oooh Oreo: Our take on an oreo milkshake with a blend of oreo biscuits, vanilla ice cream, almond milk, coco powder, milk chocolate garnished with fresh whipped cream, brownie bites, broken oreos & chocolate syrup
Strawberry Shake: Fresh strawberries, strawberry ice cream, strawberry essence, almond milk, whole milk, ice garnished with fresh whipped cream, strawberry syrup & fresh strawberries
Mango Madness Shake: Fresh mango, mango pulp, vanilla ice cream, almond milk, whole milk, ice garnished with fresh whipped cream and fresh mango pieces
Peanut Brownie Shake: Choc brownies, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla ice cream, ice garnished with fresh whipped cream, toffee syrup & brownie bites
