Recently Mr Flavour teamed up with Danilo Cortellini, the head chef at the Italian Embassy in London to create a very special 21st birthday party in London.
As we do with all our event clients, Mr Flavour provided a free consultation at the private home of our client to receive a full event brief of what was wanted for this 21st birthday party planning. Our consultation includes site inspections for marquee layouts, catering and drinks discussions, entertainment options and event day logistic issues to be highlighted. The site visit showed a level garden and 2 layers of terrace to work on:-
Our event brief was the following: to create the ultimate garden party with a typical marquee alternative providing summer Ibiza vibes music and a relaxed ambience for all guests to enjoy.
The team at HQ got down into the 21st birthday planning process and came up with a range of DJ options, entertainment options, cocktail options, marquee hire suggestions and little touches to personalise the event to our client. Alongside our event planning team we worked with Gaia & Danilo at Danilo Cortellini to have food & drinks run parallel and have a seamless transition throughout the evening.
The day included:

Cocktail Bar
For the evening an LED cocktail bar was installed including a full mobile bar hire installation, bespoke cocktail menu creation, full spirits and mixers and flair bartenders for theatrical service. The cocktail menu included espresso martinis, cosmopolitans and old fashioned whiskey cocktails. Following on from our birthday event planning, the client wanted a cocktail reception in tandem with their champagnes to be served from their cocktail bar. To aid the birthday celebrations, the cocktail bar also had smoke jet cannons installed for added emphasis during the birthday cake celebrations! Shisha Hire
For the courtyard area we created a popup tent with bespoke LED glass shishas to provide a chilled our area for guests to relax and enjoy our infamous shishas. As the largest event shisha supplier in the country for this occasion we supplied a range of cocktail flavours, as well as traditional flavours including Al Fakher, Starbuzz, Tangiers And Argelini. Marquee
Mr Flavour organised a South African stretch tent structure instead of the more traditional modular tent. Coupled with rattan flooring the tent gave an open edgy look which aided in fitting in the event planning brief.
