How Many Cocktails Can I Choose?
We recommend choosing 3-4 cocktails for your cocktail party menu. The more options you provide, the longer your guests take to choose! All cocktail bar to hire packages offer non-alcoholic alternatives for guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience of our cocktail mobile bar.
What Size Bar Do I Need & How Many Staff?
For an efficient event bar, we recommend one bar section per 75 guests as a rough estimate. This varies depending on the amount of stock required behind the bar, the number of bartenders, and the event space and layout. Of course we can work some solutions if you require a larger/smaller bar than what we recommend.
We recommend one bartender per 50 guests as a minimum, but if you are expecting a busy bar, one bartender per 35 guests reduces waiting time at the bar. For a special touch, consider the option to hire a cocktail maker or house party bartenders to elevate your event.
Remember this is based on what is needed for your bar to run, other factors to consider are bar backs and floor staff if you require table glassware clearing and bar replenishing if you are having your bar open for a long period or have a lot of guests at your event.
Can I supply my own alcohol?
Yes, certainly, you can supply the main spirits, and we can provide the more specific cocktail ingredients such as liqueurs, bitters, and flavoured sugar syrups, ensuring the use of fresh ingredients. The way we work this is we create your cocktail base based on the amount of serves you are looking for, then recommend a list of main spirits and quantities for you to provide to our team on the day of your event.
