Bars we build and staff
We run over 30 bars, from statement builds to fully branded bars for launches. Every bar is self contained, so no plumbing is needed at the venue.

Who are Mr Flavour?
Mr Flavour is a luxury mobile bar and event drinks company based in Manchester. We design, build and staff bespoke bars, cocktails and drinks catering for brand launches, corporate hospitality and weddings, and we plan and manage whole events. The business began with themed events in 2014, and the same team still runs every job.
What kind of events do you work on?
Brand launches and activations, exhibition stands, corporate hospitality and roadshows, Christmas parties, weddings and private celebrations. The scale runs from a two person cocktail experience to the St John’s May Ball in Cambridge, up to 10,000 guests every year.
What drinks can you serve at an event?
Signature cocktails and mocktails designed for your event, champagne towers, coffee and smoothie bars, and branded canned drinks filled and labelled in house, with wine and beer service if required. We bring the bar, the drinks, the glassware and the team, so one booking covers the drinks for the whole day.
Can you plan the whole event, not just the drinks?
Our events management team plans every element and coordinates the suppliers who deliver it: venue, food, flowers, sound and lighting, décor and stationery. You get one team and one point of contact, and every plan runs to clear PRINCE2 milestones.
Who have you worked with?
Brands including Aston Martin, Porsche, Ferrari, Lotus, Adidas, Amazon, Google, Barclays and McKinsey, plus five seasons of hospitality at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. We hold 87 five star reviews on Google and won Mobile Catering and Bar Specialist of the Year at the Nations Wedding Awards 2026.
Do you work outside the UK?
We deliver across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, from exhibitions in Barcelona to eight trackside suites in Abu Dhabi, where we return in December 2026. Travel is quoted for each event and added to your final price.
Can the event carry our brand?
For launches and activations it usually should. We build printed bar fronts, print logos onto coffee and cocktail foam, brand the cups and name a signature menu after your campaign. Branded canned drinks start from 100 cans, filled and labelled in house within 10 working days. For the Adidas x Molly-Mae launch we produced 4,000 in two days. Will you work with our venue and caterer?
We liaise with your venue’s rules and its caterer on your behalf. Our bars are fully self contained, so no plumbing is needed, and where alcohol is sold our personal licence holders cover the licensing.
Are you insured?
We carry £10 million public and products liability and £10 million employers’ liability cover with Hiscox, and our equipment is PAT tested every year. Certificates are available for your venue on request.
How far ahead should we book?
For exhibition stands we recommend four to eight weeks before the show. For everything else, the earlier we hear from you the more choice you have. Christmas dates open from 7 December, and we can run up to three events in a single day.
