Exclusive drinks partner to the industry’s flagship summit.

The Finance Magnates London Summit is the flagship gathering of the online trading, fintech and payments world, and Mr Flavour is its exclusive catering partner for every exhibition drinks stand on the floor.

Finance Magnates has been the leading source of news, research and intelligence for the financial trading industry since 2009, and its London Summit is where the sector meets in person. The most recent edition, the fourteenth, took over Magazine London with more than one hundred speakers from institutions including Revolut, HSBC, JP Morgan, Robinhood and Saxo Bank, and an exhibition floor of more than twenty brands including LMAX, B2Broker, MetaQuotes, Finalto, ATFX and Exinity.

On a floor like that, every exhibitor is competing for the same thing: the attention of a senior, time-poor, much courted audience. Our brief as the exclusive drinks partner was to give those stands a reliable way to win and hold that attention, and to deliver it as a seamless service that the exhibitors never had to manage themselves. We look after every stand that calls for a freshly made drink, from a single barista coffee station to a full cocktail exhibition bar.

Exhibition expertise

Serving an exhibition is a discipline of its own.

Catering an exhibition stand is not the same as running a bar at a party, and the difference is exactly where our expertise sits. A show floor runs to fixed build, open and breakdown windows, on shared power and water, in a space that was an empty hall the day before and will be one again the day after. The drinks have to be made fast, made well and made continuously, for hours, in front of the people the exhibitor most wants to impress.

We have built our exhibition offer entirely around that reality. Our stations are designed to be compact, self-sufficient and quick to deploy, our staff are briefed to perform under the steady pressure of a busy floor, and our planning treats the venue’s schedule as the fixed point everything else works around. It is the same discipline we bring to gaming and technology expos, set out in our exhibition bar activations, applied to the specific audience of the trading and fintech world.

The stations

Five ways to bring a stand to life.

Every exhibitor is different, so we offer five freshly made station formats and match the right one to the stand, the audience and the time of day. Each is made to order on the stand, fully staffed, and branded to the exhibitor. It is the same discipline we set out in our full guide to exhibition stand bar hire.

01 · Barista coffee

Proper espresso made on the stand by trained baristas, in branded cups. The most dependable footfall driver on any morning floor.

02 · Cocktail bars

Crafted cocktails made to order, the natural centrepiece of the afternoon and the close of show drinks reception.

03 · Mocktail bars

Creative alcohol free serves given the same craft as the cocktails, so every visitor is looked after.

04 · Smoothie bars

Fresh, vibrant smoothies blended on the stand. A healthy, photogenic draw that reads brilliantly on a busy floor.

05 · Fresh juice bars

Cold pressed and freshly squeezed juices, a bright and energising serve that keeps a stand busy between sessions.

Barista coffee stations

The serve that runs the morning floor.

Nothing pulls a queue on an exhibition morning like the smell of fresh espresso. A staffed barista coffee station gives an early stand a constant, self-renewing reason for visitors to stop, and the few minutes it takes to make a flat white is exactly the window an exhibitor’s team needs to open a conversation that matters.

Every cup is an opportunity, so every cup is branded. The exhibitor’s identity goes on the cup, the sleeve and the station itself, which means each coffee then walks the floor in someone’s hand, advertising the brand and pointing other delegates straight back to the stand that served it. It is footfall, conversation and visibility from a single, perfectly made flat white.

Cocktail & mocktail bars

The afternoon centrepiece, branded to the stand.

As the floor warms up and the close of show reception approaches, a cocktail exhibition bar becomes the most magnetic point on a stand. A drink made to order, with a little theatre behind it, gives visitors a reason to gather and a reason to linger, and a busy bar is the most natural advertisement a stand can have. Alongside it we run a full mocktail offer, made with the same craft, so the audience is looked after whether they are drinking or not.

The serve itself is part of the brand. Glassware, garnishes and signature drinks can all be designed around the exhibitor’s identity, so the cocktail in a delegate’s hand carries the logo across the room. A torch-finished signature serve in a branded glass does the work of a banner, only it moves through the crowd and starts conversations on its way.

Stand retention

A freshly made drink is the best reason to stay.

The hardest thing to win on an exhibition floor is time. Delegates move quickly, and a stand has seconds to turn a passer by into a conversation. A freshly made drink is the most reliable tool there is for that, because it does three things at once. It gives a visitor a reason to stop. It holds them on the stand for the minute or two it takes to make. And it hands the exhibitor’s team a relaxed, natural opening to start talking.

That is the whole point of putting one of our stations on a stand: retention. The product is the hook, the wait is the conversation, and the brand experience happens in between. It is a far warmer way to engage a senior audience than a leaflet or a screen, and on a floor where every exhibitor is fighting for the same attention, the stand pouring something fresh is the one that stays busy.

The branding point

Every drink is a piece of moving marketing.

The marketing does not stop at the edge of the stand. Every product that leaves one of our stations is branded to the exhibitor, which means each coffee, cocktail and smoothie becomes a small, mobile advertisement travelling the hall in a delegate’s hand. Other attendees see the cup, see the brand, and know exactly which stand to visit to get one. The serve does the signposting for you.

It is a quietly powerful effect. A stand serving a distinctive branded drink seeds the floor with its identity, and a delegate carrying that drink is a more persuasive endorsement than any banner. The bar becomes a content moment too: drinks that look the part get photographed and shared, extending the stand’s reach beyond the people standing in front of it. The drink works as a talking point, a branding point and a marketing channel, all at the same time.

The seamless process

One team, the whole job, off the exhibitor’s plate.

The reason organisers and exhibitors trust us with the floor is that we take the entire drinks operation off their hands. As the exclusive partner we look after every stand that needs us, end to end, and an exhibitor with enough to think about on a show day never has to manage a bar on top of it. The process is built to be invisible: it simply works.

01 · Staffing

Every station is run by our own trained team, from baristas and mixologists to front of house, briefed on the exhibitor’s brand and talking points before the doors open.

02 · Branding

We handle client branding across cups, glassware, garnishes, signage and the serve itself, so every drink reinforces the brand on the floor.

03 · Service

Made to order, continuously, through every hour of show time, at a standard that holds from the first serve of the morning to the last of the day.

04 · Setup & takedown

We build within the assigned slot, run throughout the show, and clear the stand cleanly inside the breakdown window, planned around the venue’s schedule.

Coordinating multiple stations across a single floor is its own operational challenge, and it is one we have solved many times over. Stock, staff, power and timing are planned centrally so every stand opens on time and holds the same standard, the kind of full event management that lets an organiser hand over the floor with confidence.

The result

Stands that stay busy, brands that travel the floor.

The combination is what makes the model work. Freshly made product gives every stand a dependable draw, the wait turns into conversation, and the branded serve carries the exhibitor’s identity out across the hall long after the visitor has moved on. For the exhibitor it means more footfall, longer dwell time and more quality conversations. For the organiser it means a floor that feels alive and a drinks operation that runs itself.

It is exactly the thinking we bring to corporate event drinks more widely, and the reason Finance Magnates keeps us as the exclusive partner for the summit floor. When the drinks are this considered, they stop being refreshment and start being part of the marketing.

Who is Finance Magnates and what is the London Summit?

Finance Magnates is the leading source of news, research and intelligence for the online trading, fintech and payments industry, established in 2009. Its London Summit (FMLS) is the sector’s flagship gathering, bringing institutional trading, fintech, payments and digital asset leaders together each November. Mr Flavour is the exclusive catering partner for the exhibition drinks stands at the summit, held at Magazine London.

What does Mr Flavour provide at the Finance Magnates London Summit?

As exclusive catering partner we look after every stand that requires a drinks experience: barista coffee stations, cocktail exhibition bars, mocktail exhibition bars, smoothie bars and fresh juice bars. For each exhibitor we handle the full scope, including staffing, client branding, service, and setup and takedown, so the stand simply works on the day.

Why put a drinks station on an exhibition stand?

A freshly made drink is the most reliable way to hold footfall on a stand. It gives visitors a reason to stop, a reason to stay while it is made, and a natural opening for the exhibitor’s team to start a conversation. The branded serve then travels the floor in the visitor’s hand, signposting exactly which stand to visit. It turns the drink into both a talking point and a piece of moving marketing.

Can the drinks and cups be branded for our company?

Yes. Client branding is central to what we do. Branded cups, branded glassware, branded garnishes, signage and the serve itself can all carry your identity, so every coffee and cocktail leaving your stand reinforces your brand across the hall. Branding for the client is built into every station as standard through our branded bar hire.

Do you handle setup and takedown around exhibition schedules?

We do. Exhibition halls run to strict build, open and breakdown windows, and we plan our setup and takedown around them. Our team arrives within the assigned build slot, runs service throughout show hours, and clears the stand cleanly within the breakdown window, so the exhibitor never has to manage the bar logistics themselves.

How many stands can you cater at one exhibition?

As the exclusive partner for the summit we run multiple stations across the floor at once, each with its own staff, branding and stock, coordinated centrally so every stand opens on time and holds the same standard. The model scales from a single exhibitor stand to a full floor of them.

What drink stations can you provide for a trade show stand?

Five core formats: barista coffee stations, cocktail exhibition bars, mocktail exhibition bars, smoothie bars and fresh juice bars. Each is freshly made to order on the stand, fully staffed and branded to the exhibitor, and chosen to suit the audience, the time of day and the message the brand wants to send.

Do you provide the staff for the exhibition bars?

Yes. Every station is fully staffed by our own trained team, from baristas and mixologists to front of house, all briefed on the exhibitor’s brand and talking points. The staff are part of the experience: they make the product, engage visitors and keep the stand looking polished from the first pour to the last.

Which exhibitions and trade shows does Mr Flavour cater?

We specialise in exhibition and trade show drinks across the UK, from the Finance Magnates London Summit to major gaming and technology expos. Our exhibition expertise covers fintech, gaming, technology and corporate trade shows, and our expo packages are built specifically for the pace and logistics of the show floor.
