Bars for activations, expos and launches
Mr Flavour designs, builds and staffs bars for corporate events across the UK: brand activations, exhibition stands, product launches and client evenings. This is corporate bar hire run as a project, with one event manager from brief to breakdown.
Every bar arrives complete: mixologists, glassware, stock, ice and equipment. Choose a cocktail bar, a mobile bar or a fully branded bar, sized to the room and the headcount.
We serve more than 100,000 cocktails a year, for brands including Aston Martin, Land Rover, Samsung, Porsche, Barclays, Adidas, Amazon, Google, BBC, ITV, DHL and BT.
Branded to the brief
The bar carries your brand, not ours. Fronts, wraps, menus, uniforms and garnishes are built around the campaign, and the serves are designed to match.
For Land Rover we took over the Mayfair office for the Range Rover SV launch and served 150 guests custom branded cocktails, including branded espresso martinis and serves inspired by the car. For Adidas and Molly-Mae we produced 4,000 branded cans in a two day production window.
Alcohol is optional. Coffee bars, smoothie bars, milkshake bars and mocktail bars run to the same standard for daytime and office events.

What drives the cost
Corporate bar hire is quoted per project. There is no rate card, because no two briefs are the same. Seven things set the figure:

For procurement
The paperwork your procurement team will ask for, in one place.
- Insurance. £10 million public liability with Hiscox, in force to 01/03/2027.
- Electrical safety. PAT certification valid to 12/05/2027.
- RAMS. Risk assessments and method statements are available on request.
- Company. MF Alchemists Ltd, VAT GB 257 3522 01.
- Payment. Standard terms are a 50% deposit at booking and the balance 14 days before the event. Purchase orders and 30 day invoicing are accepted case by case, given enough notice.
- Access and loading. We need a route from the vehicle to the bar position. Lifts, stairs and long carries are workable when we know in advance.
- Power. A standard 13 amp socket covers most builds. Larger bars may need a second circuit, and outdoor sites usually need a generator, which we can arrange.
- Timings. Set up typically takes two to three hours and breakdown around an hour.

How much does corporate bar hire cost?
Corporate bar hire is quoted per project, so there is no fixed price. The figure depends on guest numbers, bar size and format, menu complexity, service hours, staffing, branding and build, and venue access and power. Send us the date, venue, headcount and brief and we will return a costed proposal.
Do you hold public liability insurance?
Yes. Mr Flavour holds £10 million public liability insurance with Hiscox, in force to 01/03/2027. The certificate is sent on request, alongside PAT certification valid to 12/05/2027.
Can you supply risk assessments and method statements?
Yes. Risk assessments and method statements are available on request, and we can send them to your venue or procurement team before the event.
Do you accept purchase orders and invoice on terms?
Standard terms are a 50% deposit at booking and the balance 14 days before the event. Purchase orders and 30 day invoicing are accepted case by case, given enough notice. We trade as MF Alchemists Ltd, VAT GB 257 3522 01.
How many mixologists and how much bar do we need?
We plan one mixologist per 50 guests for a full cocktail menu, and one 1.5m bar section per 100 guests. We cater for events from 50 to 50,000 guests.
What do you need from the venue?

How far ahead should we book?
We recommend 4 to 8 weeks. We have turned events around in a week when the date demands it.
