Our wedding planning starts with a free consultation. One wedding started with less than 40 days to go and no venue.
Mr Flavour is known throughout the UK for bespoke wedding planning. Our first full wedding, in Manchester in 2016, was a fusion wedding with guests from all over the world, table names sketched with famous sportspeople, an aerialist at the drinks reception and a 15 piece live band. Every wedding since has had its own plan, built with PRINCE2 project management methods: a timeline with clear milestones and delivery dates, so you always know what has been done and what comes next.
We plan whole weddings and luxury wedding events, from the first venue visit to the last dance, for couples of every background and every style: intimate ceremonies, country house weddings, themed weddings, marquee weddings in a field and weddings for hundreds of guests. Our specialism is Asian weddings, where a celebration runs over several days, and that experience of large, complex weddings goes into every plan.
Philippa and Saad were unhappy with the venue they had booked and came back to us for venue finding, catering, décor, entertainment and photography: a full wedding to plan, with no venue, in less than 40 days. They wanted no one else in charge of the day, so the venue had to be fully dry hired. We drew up a shortlist of five, and Wrenbury Hall stood out. On the day we had two wedding planners on site with our drinks manager and food manager, in a team of 23. Ginette and Tom's wedding changed venue at short notice, and everything had to be planned again. We also planned Aysha's wedding.
Although our speciality is wedding planning in London and the North West, we are well versed in weddings abroad. Philippa and Saad's brief was candle heavy and minimal, with a pink blossom tree arch.
Our wedding design and styling service is built around your vision and your personality: floral installations and centrepieces, curated lighting, luxury furniture, draping, table settings and the smaller accessories. For Philippa and Saad that meant a white wisteria tree as the centrepiece for the bar, floating candle centrepieces and a Sudanese backdrop stage for a traditional ceremony, with floor plans drawn so every supplier knew the layout before the day.
Our venue stylists and creative planners guide you through the styling process with ideas you may not have considered, and our supplier relationships let us source the décor to match your style and your budget. Many couples come to us with a blank canvas. We help you find the theme, then refine it with you.

We offer a bespoke entertainment planning service built around your venue, your schedule and your style. Our list covers wedding bands, DJs and handpicked performers and visual artists across the UK, for anything from quiet sophistication to full scale spectacle.
You might have living statues greeting your guests, champagne served from a living table, or a bouquet girl who becomes part of the décor. A dove release after the ceremony, aerial silk performers over the dinner, an illusionist between courses, live musicians and a band for the evening: you can mix and match acts for each part of the day.
