Our planning style relies on a personal relationship with our customers. The first process involves an online questionnaire to understand your brief, which takes 5 minutes

We then create a spotlight on your event and our vision we explain over a meeting. We take your input, then arrange a coffee together to tie down the details. One week out of the event, we send over a timeline draft of your event ready to sign off and leave the rest to us!

A party planner saves you time and money.We will supply reputable suppliers and vendors, negotiate the best rates, discounts, terms and conditions on your behalf and co-ordinate all aspects of your event.

This will vary on the complexity of your event. We’d always advise you to start putting plans in place as early as possible. Consider that certain times of year certain venues may need to be booked well in advance, as too with reputable suppliers and vendors. We advise handing over the reins to an event planner as soon as you’re aware of an event to be planned. This gives us adequate time to factor in back up plans as well.

It varies quite a bit! We present budgets in a format that is easy to understand and pretty flexible. We can estimate easily enough as we’ve got so much experience in dealing with arranging parties, but it’s always worthwhile having a realistic idea of your budget in your own mind too. Bear in mind, there is always a professional fee aligned to any event planning service.

We arrange as much or as little as you need! We can take care of everything from the design of the invitations, catering, drinks planning, marquee supply, lighting, entertainment, event styling and so much more… Or if you simply need a marquee or a caterer, we can help with just that too.

Our Head Office is based in Manchester and have an office in London but we organise events Nationwide.
