Most corporate events are organised by someone whose actual job is something else. Marketing, HR, an EA, an office manager. The event lands on top of the day job, and it has to be defended to a budget holder who was not in the room when it was scoped.
So we work the way that makes that easier. A costed proposal inside twenty four hours, itemised so finance can see exactly what each line buys. One named event manager from brief to breakdown, rather than a handover between sales and operations. Fixed pricing per event rather than hourly, so an overrun does not become an invoice conversation on the Monday.
We are fully licensed and carry ten million pounds of public liability cover, and we can supply the paperwork your procurement team will ask for before they ask for it.
The corporate events we plan
Christmas and summer parties. The one event a year everyone judges. We handle venue sourcing, theming, entertainment and the bar, sized so the queue never becomes the story. Book by early autumn for December and you get the venue you actually wanted.
Product launches. The first fifteen minutes decide how the room talks about you afterwards. We design an arrival moment that puts something worth photographing in every hand, then pace the evening so energy holds through the speeches.
Conferences and away days. Long days need punctuation. We build in the breaks, the coffee service and the evening reception that turns a schedule into something people stay for.
Awards and gala dinners. Reception, seated service, late bar. Each phase staffed and stocked differently so the pace never sags between courses or after the presentation.
Client entertaining. Smaller, sharper, higher stakes. Private dining, hospitality suites and bespoke experiences for rooms where every guest matters individually.
Exhibitions and trade shows. A working bar on a stand stops traffic in a way a pull up banner does not. We have run stand hospitality at the Finance Magnates London Summit and across gaming expos, sized so the queue converts rather than blocks the aisle.
What corporate event planning costs
Packages start from five thousand pounds excluding VAT. What moves the figure is guest numbers, the scale of the build, how bespoke the drinks programme is and how far the venue sits from our Manchester base.
We price per event, not per hour. A service running two hours and a service running five cost the same in staffing terms, and setup and breakdown are already inside the number rather than added afterwards. For planning purposes: one mixologist per fifty guests for a full cocktail menu, one and a half metres of bar for every hundred guests.
You receive an itemised proposal within twenty four hours of the brief, laid out so it can go straight into a budget request without being rewritten.
