Each day priced, planned and presented in full.
One install. Four celebrations. The home bar goes in on the Monday and serves both home events; Tuesday's Mehndi runs entirely alcohol-free; Wednesday's Sangeet moves from a daytime refreshment service into an evening cocktail bar; Thursday brings a bespoke build at Ram's Mill; and a relaxed morning reception the following Monday rounds off the week. Every event is priced bespoke and ex VAT, with a single cocktail tasting in London locking in every menu before the week begins.

The home bar and barista station go in on Monday 17 August and stay in place for both the Tuesday and Wednesday celebrations — no build interrupts either day.
◈Alcohol where it belongs
Tuesday is fully alcohol-free; Wednesday lifts into cocktails in the evening; Thursday runs a discreet programme that reads as a premium mocktail bar throughout.
◎One tasting, every menu
A dedicated London tasting with Aanisah shapes the mocktails and cocktails for all three drinks programmes — confirmed and signed off before the week.

Monday 17 August · Home · Setup day
Built the day before. So nothing is rushed.
A full back-of-house build with an integrated glass-wash system, the bar and its custom front, and the tea & coffee station — all installed and dressed on the Monday, in place for both home celebrations.
Installing a day ahead means Tuesday opens and Wednesday lifts without a single build moment in front of guests. The cost of this install is carried within the event pricing — there is no separate setup charge.

An alcohol-free day, served with craft.
A full barista station runs all day — proper machines, real crockery, no compromise on presentation — with soft drinks through the day and the Lebanese mocktail menu from 6pm for four hours.
The bar reads premium without a drop of alcohol. Four mocktails designed around the Lebanese menu, full-flavoured and equally crafted, carry the evening alongside barista coffee and a curated tea range.

Wednesday 19 August · Home · Sangeet
Daytime calm. Evening lift.
Teas, coffees and soft drinks run all day on the bar already installed Monday; from 7:30pm the bar lifts into four hours of cocktail service — spirits, mixers and signatures, sized around three alcoholic drinks for 120 of your guests.
Because the build went in on Monday, Wednesday carries no install cost — the investment sits entirely in the drinks, the team and the evening cocktail programme that lifts the Sangeet.

A bespoke bar, built into the room.
A fabricated bar slotted between the mill's two steel pillars — a discreet mocktail reception that transitions seamlessly into a super-customised evening cocktail programme, with premium glassware, eccentric branded garnishes and upstairs table service.
An active business centre with a tight evening load-in. The bar is purpose-built for the venue, with 3m custom-fabricated fronts that double as the brand statement of the room — in after the business day closes, out the same night.

A relaxed morning service to round off the week — barista coffee, a curated tea range and a fresh juice service for 150 guests.
Unhurried and warm: the calm bookend to a full week of celebration, served with the same craft and presentation as every bar before it.

Terms: 50% deposit on confirmation, balance due 14 days before the first event. Final headcount confirmed 7 days before each event — consumables flex within ±5% at no additional cost. A full cocktail tasting in London with Aanisah is included and covers every menu across the week.
