Three activations across the opening weekend.
Each event is delivered as a standalone activation with its own build, team and price. Event 02 reuses the Event 01 bar, refreshed overnight, so there is no second build on the Friday. Detailed breakdowns follow.
Friends and Family opening
Thu 2 Jul, 6pm to 9pm. 70 to 100 guests. Branded cocktail and mocktail bar with arrival service. £3,650 ex VAT.
Influencer launch dinner
Fri 3 Jul, 6pm to 9pm. 30 seated guests. Full table service from the refreshed Event 01 bar. £2,165 ex VAT.
Main store opening
Sun 5 Jul, 10am to 6pm. 3,000 to 5,000 footfall. Three bars and two queue stations, mocktail service. £20,580 ex VAT.
Included in every price
Setup, on-site event management, glassware, consumables, transport and strike. All prices exclude VAT at 20%.

Main store opening day.
Three branded bar stations and two queue stations serving mocktails to an expected 3,000 to 5,000 visitors. Queue service from 10am, public window 12pm to 6pm. Built Saturday evening, served and struck on the Sunday.

- 3 × 3m branded bar stations, one weather-protected for external queue service
- 2 × branded queue stations for queue-line distribution
- Saturday evening pre-build and overnight install, ready for 10am Sunday
- Pre-batched mocktail menu, approximately 4,000 servings stocked for contingency
